FLAX OIL CAPSULES
Flaxseed oil is the richest source of a-linolenic acid, an omega-3 essential fatty acid. Flax oil also contains 15-25% linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid. The latter is less likely to be deficient in the American diet, but both types are important for health.
Each capsule contains 1000 mg of 100% pure, cold pressed flax seed oil.:
